Community/Family recognition of our 2025 scholarship recipients.
Chapter meetings are held on the second Saturday of the month from September to June at the KCMO PD Headquarters located at 1125 Locust St, Kansas City, MO 64106 and begin at 10:00am, except where noted on the calendar. Members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. are welcome to attend a chapter meeting. A few sisterly reminders: Business attire or Business Casual is required. Proof of membership is necessary. Bring a government-issue photo ID and proof of membership (current or past financial card, membership certificate, Ivy Leaf magazine, letter from past chapter Basileus on chapter letterhead, completed Transfer Verification Form or letter from AKA Corporate Office). Non-members are not allowed.

Then, join the members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Xi Tau Omega Chapter and the Ivies & Pearls Educational Foundation, Inc. on Saturday, June 28, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m., The Rumely Historic Event Space, 1222 West 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri.
Come listen to some smooth contemporary jazz and enjoy brunch and a D9 fashion show from local black designers and boutiques. The profit from this event will go toward providing scholarships and supporting our community programming. Thank you for your support.

NAMIwalks is an annual fundraiser to support ongoing mental health resources and advocacy for those affected by mental illness.
